Just get yourself back on track and don't let it bother you. Even on a strict diet you should reward yourself once in awhile.
Don't get in a cycle of purging. You will only cause more damage to yourself and it doesn't help in the end.
Make sure you let your family and friends know you are on a diet to help you when you get weak. Next time you get hungry for something sweet drink a glass of water to help give your stomach a full feeling.

When, I overeat, I pick myself up, dust off, and get back on the regular eating pattern. I've noticed that when I overeat once in a while, I may even lose weight. Guilt leads to remorse. Forget the past, focus on the present, and wait for the future. We're human, that's the way God tells us we're not perfect. Forgive yourself and FORGET. You'll appreciate your diet more now because you have something to compare it to. It must be a good diet 'cuz you sure seem to miss it. Good for you, keep on truckin'!

You pay for it the next day by fasting. Part of growing up is maturing to the fact even one slice of cake is indulgent enough without the icecream. Again I say to you, if you get a sport you can do daily, your life will be so much more satisfying because then you can eat alittle more. Both my girls run and one goes to gym to work out and tan. Don't like the tan part but Barbie girl is an addict.
