i am 14, 5,3ft, and a size 5, is that good u think? but i weigh 143lbs. how fat am i? the part where my pants go is like the fattest part of my body, but according to my bmi i am fat.. what do u think how fat?

Almost EVERYONE is fat according to their BMI, To tell you the truth yeah they can tell you that you are overweight or they think they can the thing is without seeing you or knowing your work out schedule or anything like that the BMI is useless and its really bad for self-esteem.

pls dont mind but at the age of 14 having 143lbs u may look like a baby elephant. just imagine it and u will got the idea how fat u r. but u can reduce ur fat by this diet plan

1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast

The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Chocolate mint, 14 is the time to start a sport for life. This will enable you to eat. Now is the time to get with the situation your body is telling you. "Hey Choc, " your body says, "Get my metabolism up or else I'll blob up!" So you out smart your body by running every day! It will become addictive and you'll be able to go to 2k races and meet good looking guys and then going out for pizza won't effect your curves. I 'd say 15lbs should drop off fast if you run. Buy some of those cool Nikes with the green cylindars they make you feel like running, my daughter just got a pair.

well your actually a good size
you should never ever doubt yourself about being
fat!!!! all u have to do is eat right and if u do that then dont worry
about it...and u definitly shouldnt care what others think about you cause ur doubting yourself! you should appreciate what you look like then be what those other girls are.. cause to me your way better than all of them and your not FAT at All your perfect

you are a little bit on the chubby side but i would not worry about it that much you are still growing eventualy you will grow out of the weight but if you are not the patient type then i would only suggest losing 10 to 13 pounds good luck
