Teenagers have problems like School 6 hours a day, Pressure to get skinny, Hardly anytime when they hit highschool because of their busy schedules and so on...

So my question is "Who has a harder time losing weight, ADULTS or TEENS"!

It is harder for adults to loose weight. A teenagers metabolism is much faster and they have way less stress. As a teenager I was about 125. After I had my son at 19 I started to gain weight. By 22 I was 180. I started to work a lot and run stairs I am about 135 now. When I was a teenager I ate whatever I wanted and now fast food is like a treat for living off of fruits vegi's and grilled chicken for a week with no desert.

As you get older, your metabolism slows down, so it is definitely not easier for an adult to lose weight. It depends on the person too.
