hi i weigh 156 pounds n m 5'6 inches.i wanna loose 20 pounds in around 3-4 months or maybe less so can somebody suggest a gud diet for me.i am quite busy so can't devote too much time on excersices,so can somebody suggest a diet which includes stuff tht are filling yet healthy

i just want to know what good foods to eat would be if i want to gain some muscle, cause im skinny and seriously want to get a descent amount of muscle.

and any detailed suggestions on what i could do to gain muscle... quantity.

Granted, I've always been on the thin side, but for some reason, I have love handles. Argh!

I need to know a few things:

The muscles around the love handles. I heard that working them out is probably the best way to eliminate them. What exercises would offer incredible results?

Carbs or calories: Do I need to cut one of them down, or both?

Would leg exercises work just as good? If so, which give best results?

I work as a Photo Specialist in Walgreens. While I'm not working around that department, I'm on the floor stocking items, helping customers, walking around, etc. Is this an equivalent to a days worth of exercise?

I exercise in the morning and I have 3 weet bix when I get to work (weet bix are a grain cereal if you didn't know) but I am thinking about having a shake in the morning after I exercise but before I go to work to give me more energy and so I wont feel so hungry later in the day, my shake has 1cup low fat milk, 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt and either some strawberry's or half a banana, should I have the shake or is it too much keeping in mind that my goal is to lose weight.

I need a diet plan that's easy to follow

i can't perorm crunches or weight lifts..i'm not able to walk and run much and this is showing on my body as extra fat which i need to get rid of.
i need to know of some EFFECTIVE light exercises that i can do without hurting my back..

I`m thirteen years old and I`m 110-pounds. While it doesn`t seem like I`m too fat, I think i LOOK pretty chubby. When my boyfriend picks me up he says I`m really light. I'm at risk of being overweight so you could call me fat. I really want to loose some weight by Christmas. But I don't really know what to do to loose weight. I'm 16 years old, 151.8 pounds (69kg) and 5'2...

I'm comfortable with my shape some days and other days I really hate myself. I've lost 11lbs over the last few months just eating healthily, but I hate exercise so much. I just feel like sh*t to be honest... I have big boobs, a small waist but a large tummy and large upper arms and thighs. I feel disgusting. Am I too fat? Ok, I'm almost 18..I am 6'1 and about 250 lbs. (Please don't post..WOW UR FAT & other remarks on here, because it just makes it worse) I'm very depressed. I have always been fat and a tomboy & wear t-shirts/shots/sweatpant/jeans because I'm fat & feel that wearing girly clothes will just make be look like an idiot. Anways, I went through bulimia when I was 16 & lost like 30 lbs. & gained it all back! I'm so mad! Can't fit into nothing! I guess I'm self consious maybe? My mom went through anorexia. Well..I want to get down to at least 180 by Graduation (end of may) will i be able to do that. what should i eat. how bout exercising machines? what kind to get? i've been asking my mom to get a tredmill. will that and healthy foods make me lose weight good. i need some help...thanks! =]
