If I Curl 18lbs for 20 times, 4 times a week plus 20 pushups a night, will I notice any changes in my biceps & chest?

Hi, I'm 130 pounds and losing waight and 5' 4" ( my full adult hight ), but I feel fit and strong.
On a train I did a chin up on the hand rail and hit the cealing, Im suprised I can hold myself up there so easily.

For the last week ive been excercing for 30 min on elliptical trainer each day and eating in moderation (im a vegetarian so i dont eat any kind of meat and not even eggs) but today i ended up eating to much chocolate i have not had chocolate for months and now my aunt brought me some and i just couldnt resist but open it and eat it and i ended up eating wayyyy to much and now i regret it and dont know what to do. I need to lose 10lb the rest of the chocolate is still sitting on my table but i promise myself i wont touch it now since ive done damage now already, i dont eat breads, pastas, grains... or cheese and all taht stuff i mostly eat veggies raw, or steamed and tofu and lentils but i did this damage of eating chocolate what should i do?!

I have been a dancing for eleven years now, but I've never been in perfect shape. For the past few months I have been exercising (running a few miles, 200-500 sit ups, weight training, pilates, volleyball) for 6 hours a week, plus I have 6 hours of dance rehearsals a week. I have been trying to lose weight, and I did lose some body fat, and Im stronger than i have ever been before, so Ive gained ALOT of muscle, I now weigh more than when i started, is that healthy or accurate?

I am planning on losing 5-10 pounds in a month. I currently weigh 119, and my height is 5'5. I would like to weigh 110-115. I started my school swim team, which practices everyday for an hour and a half. I plan on eating healthier, and going to the gym on the weekend. Is this a reasonable weight goal?

I have eaten a good lunch (a tuna sandwich [w/ whole wheat bread and low fat mayo], sugar free/10 cal. jello, chips, skim milk) and have already had a healthy snack (100 cal. popcorn) and now i am hungry. i went on the treadmill for 15 minutes before i ate the popcorn...so far i have eaten 729 calories. what can i do/eat to hold me over until dinner?

Im 14 5'4 and weigh 135 punds is that overwight for someone my age.

i usually don't binge eat, but last night i did, and now i am scared its going to show up all over. i have been trying to diet but i am always hungry, how can you control your hunger?? hoodia doesn't work for me. is there anything i can do today to make up for eating so much yesterday?? i try to exercise most every day

I lost 5 pounds in cross country and i want to gain 15 pounds. I used to be 5'3" and 110 pounds but now I'm 5'4" and barely 105 pounds. (I'm a freshman) People think i look anorexic and a guy said I look like a toothpick. This whole "curves are in" thing doesnt help at all either and neither does the fact that I have a big nose! I'm also looking for tricks to disguise that. Maybe gaining weight will help.

I eat about 5000 calories a day so I dont know whats wrong. Right now I do swimming. I think I wanna lift weights to gain weight but I need a good plan...

So im not like "fat".
but i just want to be in shape and healthy.
for next summer and spring break..
i know its a long time away but being healthy is good anyway.. right?

there is only one problem...
i cant go 1 DAY without eating sweets!

Since i have lunch so early at school i usually just eat cookies for lunch...no i dont want to bring my own salad or something..
i get headaches a lot, and its probably cause i dont eat right, but im very picky when it comes to food...

SO, how can i eat good, be healthy, and stay fit till summer and spring break?

So, I'm a size 9 and my mom hates it. She told me 2 says ago that if i go up one more pants size shes not gonna buy me any more jeans. I'll tell you now. im not overweight i just have big hips. but its so annoying to hear my mom complain about how i look all the time; so i want to take charge.
