Im 14 5'4 and weigh 135 punds is that overwight for someone my age.

And please i just want yes your no answers if you have any crude remarks. or anything that says "you should'nt worry about your weight at that age" then dont answers because i just want the straight truth not the same thing i here from everybody else.

No, your not overweight but watch what you are eating because your are 5 lbs from it. Good luck

I suggest that you walk like 30 minutes daily to control your weight gain. Again good luck*

You may be a little over weight, but you shouldnt worry about it. Your body is prob still growing and it will thin out as you get older. But if it does bother you try some cardiovascular activities such as running, ect. And you can still eat your fav foods just eat them in smaller portions! If you want to investigate more, go to a nutritionist and make a meal plan.

I'm 13 5"2 and I weigh 112 and I thought I was thin. I would say your a perfect weight.

If you have a regular doctor you go to you can ask him/her. I think they base it on a BMI scale. Part of the weight could be your muscles and other factors. Your doctor would have the most updated info.

You are overweight for your height but it doesn't nessecerily mean your fat, if you are sportier then most then it could be extra muscle weight, remember you are still growing, (height wise) you could either look into healthy eating and regular exercise or wait to see if your height catches up with your weight, it's up to you really, hope this helps, xx

yes you are allitle overwieght only by 15 pounds.
but i guess it'a okie i rather be over weght then under weight.
im trying to gain weight im 14 too and i pnly way 93 pounds

you are slightly over weight. im 15 myself and i am always weight concious. i had my mom buy healthier food, dont diet, we're too young. i instantly lost weight because i just ate healthier. i started running and now i look so much better. dont worry its fine. my boyfriend told me he liked me better before i lost the weight so take that into consideration. you're healthy and you probably look good.

no thats not fat im 5 8 and im 150 but im skinny but your not over wight and if you think yourself is fat it usaully goes away soon thats how i was and just dont worry about that stuff
