So im not like "fat".
but i just want to be in shape and healthy.
for next summer and spring break..
i know its a long time away but being healthy is good anyway.. right?
there is only one problem...
i cant go 1 DAY without eating sweets!
Since i have lunch so early at school i usually just eat cookies for lunch...no i dont want to bring my own salad or something..
i get headaches a lot, and its probably cause i dont eat right, but im very picky when it comes to food...
SO, how can i eat good, be healthy, and stay fit till summer and spring break?
