So im not like "fat".
but i just want to be in shape and healthy.
for next summer and spring break..
i know its a long time away but being healthy is good anyway.. right?

there is only one problem...
i cant go 1 DAY without eating sweets!

Since i have lunch so early at school i usually just eat cookies for lunch...no i dont want to bring my own salad or something..
i get headaches a lot, and its probably cause i dont eat right, but im very picky when it comes to food...

SO, how can i eat good, be healthy, and stay fit till summer and spring break?

Eat fruit. That is sweet and it will help you to get in shape.

Read the book Sugar Shock by Connie Bennett - this will give you information why you need to delete sugar from your diet. Go to diet.com for diet and exercise ideas. You will have to change your diet habits dramatically if you want to lose weight and get fit (as in "no I don't want to bring my own salad or something). If this is your attitude, you will not be successful.

You just can't let yourself have any sweets...the more you eat them, the more you'll want them. You might be surprised that if you force yourself to go a few days without any sweets at all, including sodas, that you won't crave them as much!

just try to eat a little healthier,and exercise everyday.You don't have to stop eating sweets totally just try not to eat so many that its really unhealthy
