i'm 15, about 5'9", 150 lbs

Stats look OK, but are you eating a good diet and getting exercise?? That's what indicates health. Fruits and veggies, water, limited/or no meat, no dairy, no processed foods, no fast foods. You body is operated by nutrition- fuel.

And fries are not a veggie.

Yup! You're fine. If you feel unhealthy, work on your fitness level and try to clean up your diet a bit. But I don't think you need to lose weight at all. :-)

You could be a few pounds less (not much) but if you think you look good than your fine.
Im 14, 5'8" and weigh 178 and i look good because i have an hour glass figure and I love the way I look!

for 15 I would think you should be less, but you are healthy....I'd try to get your weight 130-140lbs
