Some people tend to put weight on in their belly and are apples. I wish someone had told me years ago that belly fat is a sign that you could develop diabetes. If you are an apple, please get online and learn what you can so that you never contract the disease. It's a problem between glucose and insulin and your bodies ability to use insulin properly. Be very careful. There are other signs and problems that are associated with the onset of diabetes and you can stop it cold if you learn how to eat and how much to eat. Can't say you haven't been told. If your just b*tchin', sorry to waste your time.

You didn't say how much weight you wanted to lose, but I have lost over 100 lbs and took 10 inches off my waist in less than 9 months using a plan called Shapeworks. It was easy to follow and I didn't give up the foods I like to eat. Here is where I found it on the internet: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward
Good luck my friend! If I can do it, you can do it to!!!

Take heart! You might not have the abs of Arnold Schwarzenegger, but just think in the Orient, a big belly is a sign of spiritual advancement which is why the Buddha is always shown rather tubby! You're not fat, you are spiritually advanced! An enlightened being you are!

jeez i know how you feel um im getting a slendertone thing, theyre kinda expensive but apparently they work well.i suggest you do sit ups and just diet in general and that should help.drink lots of water too cuz it could be fluid retention.also if i want to get a thinner belly faster i just eat light foods like eggs or fruit and veg and drink fluids and this stops your stomach from bloating after eating.oh and eating carbs isn't always good(things like past and bread) cuz they tend to be high in energy and in general aren't that good for you when consumed in large amounts lol hope that helps! :)

Start watching what you eat, do lots of push up, drink water and lots of exercising.... If you want to tone your stomach, running is the best solution... Good Luck.

diet, exercise, and be consistant. give it at least 2-3 months b4 u see results. Its better to lose weight over time. work on your core with a balance ball maybe (works for me), and cardio as well. Just keep at it and dont give up. You dont have to diet really bad but eat good foods. mypyramid.org will help you with a balanced diet. Focus on whole grains, veggies and fruit. You dont have to eliminate sweets but just dont overindulge :)

There is no fast way, only the right way. Follow a sensible diet and work those abs often.
