Umm, no you won't gain weight from consuming 1350 calories a day (unless of course you're eating mostly junk).

You should actually eat more than 1350 calories...especially if you're still growing. I would suggest 2500-3000 calories for you, actually. Be sure to eat plenty of protein, veggies, and fruits.

Its hard to tell since you're still growing and you're only 14 right now. I wouldn't obsess over gaining weight too much until you're like 16-19 but a little weight lifting wouldn't hurt if you want to gain a little. Its simple, find yourself losing weight and not gaining muscle, eat more. Make sure you're eating small healthy meals every 2-3 hours though.

Eat a healthy breakfast everyday (I need a packet of instant oatmeal/.5 a bagel and 2 eggs) and make sure you eat well at school and a good dinner. I also snack on apples and peanut butter every now and then too, peanut butter is a good source of healthy fat and calories.

1350 calories of what?

Calories alone do not determine weight loss or gain. If that is all you are looking at, you need to educate yourself about nutrition.

For example, brown rice has more calories than white rice, but you can use brown rice to lose weight and gain nutrition.

Why?

Brown rice still has the bran coating on the outside. Per serving, you gain 3 grams of fiber per serving. You also use more calories to digest brown rice.

Stop looking at calories and look at the total picture. A good place to start is the food pyramid.

Well, orange juice has calories, and so do apples, so you are probably getting more like 1500 to 1600 calories per day, depending on quantity. But unless your metabolism is insanely slow you should not gain weight.

An average person burns approx. 2000 calories per day just living, add the exercise and you are burning more. You would probably loose weight only eating 1350 calories per day.

It's not just about the calories.. ur fat content is important too.. Depending on ur meal, if u're trying to lose weight u should take max 3g of fat for ur meal.. which is pretty much difficult to know.. but if u're taking chicken, fish, etc.. just take the recommended serving.. if u're taking snacks, juices, then it's 3g okay??

These i found out during my research for my calorie counting diet..

you need to eat. you're only 14, you're not finished growing yet. stop worrying about your weight and have a cheeseburger.

but not every day. it's okay to be weight conscious at your age, but if your concern is to be healthy, you need to do a LOT more research. you need to be eating so much more. if you feel like you're too fat or too skinny, don't worry: eating healthy and growing will fill that out.
