i'm 39 yrs old female,ive had treadmill tests and ecgs before when i complained for chest pains and its all normal.

i briskwalk for 15 mins,then 45 mins jog and another 10 mins walking

no I dont think so, you should call the ER, and ask them, or go to the firestation and have them take your blood pressure...i hope your okay...

absolutely not! much worse if short of breath comes along.
if you have an inexpensive oximeter on hand and it showes low level of oxy then you must stop excercise immediately.

You can pass stress test easily, but a quick ultrasound test
maybe identify more concerns, or test of acid reflux, lung; etc.

Slow down the speed or just walking at comfortable level. Keep in mind medicines and nutrition are main stream, and excercise is just to avoid fatigue or extend enduration.

No. Go see a Dr. Your heart may be over worked and not getting enough oxygen. Do you always work out for 45 min? Does it happen offten? Are you out of shape? See a Dr.
