I have been a dancing for eleven years now, but I've never been in perfect shape. For the past few months I have been exercising (running a few miles, 200-500 sit ups, weight training, pilates, volleyball) for 6 hours a week, plus I have 6 hours of dance rehearsals a week. I have been trying to lose weight, and I did lose some body fat, and Im stronger than i have ever been before, so Ive gained ALOT of muscle, I now weigh more than when i started, is that healthy or accurate?

Just keep at it, and you will lose weight. The reason you weigh more now is because muscle is more dense than fat. Its perfectly normal, don't worry.

Well my aunt read in this magizine that it's best to only excersice 3 times a week and not everyday. Do you know why? Well here's why, your muscles will get really tired which isn't good. Anyway, maybe you should take it easy on yourself. I guess it isn't healthy because maybe your muscles are tired, but you don't feel it.

You didn't mention if you were eating healthy, and drinking lots of water.
