My mom use to do that when she was young and now she is so overweight now because when she did all that stuff she lost all the weight but when she stopped she gained it all back and cant loose weight now, she messed up her metabolism way to bad doing the stuff that you are doing. I can understand why you do it though, I would if I could but I just dont have the courage and I dont want to die young. I know that what you are doing may seem to be the only way but it is not, you can still have food just in moderation. And all you need to do to maintain your weight is to exercise at least 30 mins a day whether it is walking or swimming or running. I really hope that you stop doing that stuff, it is an early ticket out of this world and you could be so much more.

This is very dangerous, you are at risk or severe dehydration and countless amounts of other complications. Using laxitives will make your body dependent on them so your body will become unable to process its food correctly. Laxitive abuse can also lead to serious heart problems. You should visit your doctor and discuss this with him/ her. Don't hold back any information from them as they can help. If you feel you are overweight he could perhaps put you on a diet pill. If you are of a normal weight for your age/ height he will advise you on something you can take to supress you hunger/ binge eating and the way you feel about yourself. I used to be bad with my eating habbits and found that the only way you can lose weight and sustain the weight loss is through exersise and healthy eating. I hope this helps you. you really must go to your doctor as the combination of these pills and not eating will lead to SEVERE COMPLICATIONS. I dont want to scare you but that is the truth. You need to get to a doctor before you get serious problems, typically you can expect the following issues with the way you are now going:-
1) High usage of laxatives will over time reduce the bodies normal digestive actions. The result of this will be that you will end up incontinent.
2) Diet pills depending of the sort of pills can give kidney stones and liver failure.
3) Water reduction pills will de-hydrate the body and will give you kidney problems.
4) Starving yourself will permanently damage your immune system, give kidney and liver problems. Ultimately it will KILL you.

I hope you have life insurance. You're being ridiculous!!! The human body NEEDS food inorder to function. If you deprove the body of the required fuels, then when you DO finally eat something, it tries to retain as much as possible as fat, so that it can function until your next idiotic moment of PUKING!!! Stop being neurotic about your weight, eat PROPER meals, and I guarantee you that you'll not only stay a normal weight, but you'll be a hell of alot healthier. I bet you always feel like CRAP, don't you? If you don't stop this wreckless behavior, you WILL die!! And then your PARENTS will be stuck with the pain and debt of burying you!!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

please PLEASE stop doing this, you are damaging your body, possibly irreparably, you could be facing infertility, kidney and liver problems, pancreas and stomach ailments, gum disease, circulation problems....Look at it this way, you wouldn't have a car and expect it to run on no fuel or oil or water, so why expect that of your body? Go to the doctor - following a sensible eating plan you are more likely to keep the weight off - your way well, - you're heading for an early grave
