depends on what your eating

depends on your weight height and diet. If you eat less then maybe 4 pounds if you eat your normal amount then 1 pound. It depends, try other exercises during the day so you aren't so worked up before bead. If you are already skinny then you may gain weight due to muscle. You may also have nothing happen for a few weeks. And last 100 sit ups is a lot of work and may be too unhealthy anyway. Start slowley and move up and you will eventually get results.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You would have more success at losing weight if you either walk fast a couple of miles or 30-40 minutes or ride a bicycle 4-5 miles every day.Now that will burn some calories and you will feel excellent.Good luck at what ever you decide to do.I alternate between the treadmill and riding the bicycle and I am in better shape then 10 years ago.

Sit ups alone will not make you lose weight...you may even gain weight if you are replacing fat with muscle in the process (muscle weighs more than fat). Weight loss is a little more complicated than just doing one exercise a bunch of times. You need to balance you intake and output...

It depends. You may not lose weight, but actually gain it because of muscle mass.

You have to combine exercise with a healthy diet. If you lose weight too fast, that is not good on your body.

It all depends on your body type and what you eat. Don't expect to see drastic results in a week. If you did that everyday for a month I am sure you would see a big difference. Losing weight the right way takes time and patience!

It wouldnt make any difference
To lose weight you have to change your eating habits-dieting
Exercising will only build muscle.
And that will make your weight go up but your body will look great

Real question here is: Who got it into your skull that you need to loose weight? Just maintain a healthy food intake level along with a decent workout regiment and your body will maintain itself by default in a perfect balance. Each body has its own ideal weight, screwing with that could be very dangerous.

next to nothing. you'd have to alter your eating habits also to loose weight (or work out more than just a hundred situps). But your stomach might appear sleeker after about a week or so, because you would have more muscle tone.
