I have eaten a good lunch (a tuna sandwich [w/ whole wheat bread and low fat mayo], sugar free/10 cal. jello, chips, skim milk) and have already had a healthy snack (100 cal. popcorn) and now i am hungry. i went on the treadmill for 15 minutes before i ate the popcorn...so far i have eaten 729 calories. what can i do/eat to hold me over until dinner?

eat some pickles, tomato slices......peppercinis..... the great snack is pork rinds.... 0 carbs!!!! how about a small bowl of steamed broccoli or a freezie pop????
Sliced cucumbers, sliced apples with the no fat caramel topping.... applesauce, i eat snap beans like they are potato chips!!! you can do the baked tortilla chips with salsa....

I don't see any fruits or veggies in your diet so far. You can never eat too many of them. Grab some of those baby carrots, an apple, a banana, some grapes....

drink water and keep your mind active with something so you will not focus on food
