Don't throw up! Please! That's a sign of an eating disorder and can unfortunately very easily become a habit for some people. The long-term effects are serious (they include ruining your teeth and esophagus because of the acid). Additionally, calories and nutrients are absorbed starting in the mouth. It goes on all the way through the digestive system until it comes out the other end, pretty much.

Don't beat yourself up. You've been dieting for a week, you seem like you eat well in general. You made a mistake. No biggie. Seriously. The world didn't end. You didn't gain twelve pounds or six dress sizes. Relax. Go for an extra walk and eat a low-fat dinner if you want to.

For future reference: never "forbid" any food. Just eat less of it. If you know that you go out of control on chocolate, don't keep it in the house. Go out for it. As for this chocolate, put it in the freezer, covered well. Take out one piece every day (put it on the counter to thaw) to have for dessert. If you know you get it later on, you're less likely to "cheat" if you know what I mean. The freezer will keep the rest of the chocolate hard so it isn't easy to eat.

You made a little mistake. It's okay. Just try to not do it again.

hehe i guess you're not feeling that brisk walk coming =D

Yes you would lose the contents of your stomach. Just don't get used to throwing up as a solution (stomach acid can dissolve your teeth, not to mention regurgitated food can give you permanent bad breath). Also, throwing up as a solution is a precursor to an eating disorders.

But if you want to do it just this once, go for it.

Hey I"m a guy and have done it a few times, usually when I get a bad stomach ache b/c of undercooked food I unknowinlgy eat.

It's ok to eat chocolate and it's ok to eat bread and it's ok to eat pasta and it's ok to eat grains and it's ok to eat cheese. You need proteins and carbohydrates in order to live. Cutting them out of your life sets you up for problems. An occasional sweet is not a problem.
The problem is that, by denying yourself foods, you then crave them and binge. That sets up a cycle of behaviour that can spiral out of control. You have the makings of a severe eating disorder. Do not use vomiting as a way of ridding yourself of food- you will ruin your teeth and ruin your health.
You are very uneducated about nutrition and have a very unhealthy attitude about diet, even though you are vegetarian.

You need to see a nutritionist.
Stop obsessing and learn how to eat healthy and live healthy.

NOPE!! Horrible for you..If you are so worried why not just turn on the radio and dance around to some music to make up for the calories you took in. Throwing up to loose weight is self abuse.

Um...my advice-get over it!!! For god's sake, you're not gonna go to hell for eating some sugar! You already sound like you are heading down a bad path, and throwing up isn't going to make it better.
