how can i stop myself..im sooo bored. Im trying to lose weight. but today my resolve is being challenged..lol...im 5'9 and i weigh 138 pounds. hmm..to cookie or not to cookie.

Don't do it! You think you just want one, but then you'll have two, then three, etc. Just answer questions on Y!A and keep your hands busy, or go take a walk, or a bike ride, or take the dog out, or watch a movie, or read a book or magazine, or paint your nails. If you're actually HUNGRY, snack on something like grapes or an orange or apple or something.

PS, you don't need to lose weight. Somebody 5'9 should be 145 lbs, but everybody's different. People carry their weight differently, and muscle can weigh more than fat. But I understand how you feel. Just don't think you're overweight or anything.

At 5'9" you can cookie but better to go eat something much better for you. Go outside and go for a walk, call a friend, clean your room-house-apartment, read a book. You're just wasting good time.

spulrge today.its the weekend. however dont go overboard and so some light exercise afterwards.
