tired. Some may feel more tired and some may feel less exhausted. So what makes us tired/sometimes drowsy even if we are not doing much physical work/activity ? Is it because mental activity is making our brain tired ??

im 17 and 151cm short.
My bmi is 16.
And somehow i lost 5 kgs in the last week, which was of course unintended!

Ive always been skinny my whole life and so has my family but at what bmi number thing are you considered to be anorexic?

i'll be starting my Spiritual fast in 1 week with my youth group and we will be doing it for 2 weeks, we will only be drinking water for those 2 weeks

i weigh 65kg and i dont want to get to skinny so how much weight will i lose in thoses 2 weeks

I usually don't eat if nothing appeals to me, but that can't be healthy. I mean... I am not exactly the thinnest person in the world; I could stand to lose a few, but this can't be the way to do it.

Just want to ask this question because I've been reading a lot of articles about skinny girls and they are often asked if they are anorexic or bulimic. I'm really really skinny but i have curves and somehow a cleavage. No one has ever asked me if I'm anorexic or bulimic. They told me that I'm small and skinny but that's ok for me cause its true and i can't deny it. I'm just wondering if those people who asked them had thought that being skinny is really hard. :)

i had a pretty big dinner at 5pm and had some fruits afterwards..
and about and 2 hours later i had IN N OUT BURGER...dat was about 7pm..
and then i played basketball for at least 30 mins...
am i going to get fat?

im 5'1'' and i'm in my mid teens. i weigh 150 pounds. i need help to lose weight. i dont eat fried chicken as much as i did a while ago like a year. i swim on my swim team at school and we hav moring practices twice or three times aweek and every day is an afternoon practice. twice a week is dryland. and saturday is a morning practice. my average meal for mornig is usually cereal which is chereeos, lunch is usually salad and dinner usually is either salad or someting like that....

My goal was to lose at least 25 pounds. and i am still doing a lot of swimming almost every day of week except for sunday. and i do drink ALOT of water. and i stay pretty active.

so please give me tips or something b/c i dont know what i am not doing.

Im 13 and a male... i really want to build muscle that is sexy and visible. My doctor said it is O.K to lift because i took a 6 week strenuous course on lifting.. It ended up being useless because i don't work out, and i just can't find the time... because my parents work late... Do you know any chemicals found in foods or easy availible ones at the grocery store to produce muscle and loose weight!!???

im not anerexic or a muscle freak. I just want to loose like 10 pounds of fat and have visible muscle..

Overcap:i need workouts that are easy at home to do.(i have dumbbells) and any chemcials found in food that produce muscle and lose weight

if i pinch my belly i have fat but i weigh 108 and im 15. i have been reading and there are people shorter than me that weigh more and now i am worried that i could be underweight but i can see fat i can pull 1 in of fat what should i do? i dont want to be aneroxic but i want to be toned like other people in my grade with muscles and abs? someone help me get out of this i need to know what to do and if i am fat or if i am growing or idk help plz??!?!?!!!

I went water skiing yesterday and now my shoulders, neck and arms are stiff and sore. My neck is bothering me most. The soreness is like making it really painful to move it. I already tried to stretch and that was really painful. Any tips on how to get rid of it quickly would be greatly appreciated.

I am a ballet dancer, 15 years old, 5'5 and 97 pounds. For the last month or so I have been cutting out my carbs, such as bread and pasta, fat, and I started to not eat any meat. I used to weight 108 and I felt fat. I also do not eat any sweets at all, and I have begun to get terrified of high fat foods or foods with sugar in them. Many people say I look to skinny, but when I think about it, I feel fat still. I am scared of gaining any weight back because then my self esteem will lower drastically. What do you think? Am I too skinny or am I fine?

my stomache is HUGE right now...i mean just a little while ago i was soooooo skinny and i asmit i started to eat a little more but it's sad that in 1 1/2 weeks i went up 2 pant sizes! and 1 shirt size! all my clothes r tight! is it healthy to be at a 29.98% body fat! i thought it was cuz my friend is 15.23% body fat? i go to a high school that is fiiiillllled with junk food
honestly, theres vending machines everywhere and even at the counter they sell the nastiest stuff

my friends all eat pretty badly too but they dont ever get fat :(

i'm not fat at all, but i always get tempted to eat crappy stuff at school

i lose most of my weight on weekends or breaks, or days i am at home because i dont eat more than like 1000 - 1200 cals

on school days i eat around 1700 - 2000 cals and that isn't normal for my body type

i'm 15, 5'2 and 116 lbs and i'm afraid if i keep eating the crap from school that i will gain MORE weight.. last year i was 5'1 and 123 lbs and i lost all that weight during the summer because i ate right

HOW do i not get tempted and eat right at school without wanting to eat all the junk?

i'm sorry this is so long, i just wanted to give all the info i could haha

Do you think setting an alarm is bad for health? I was thinking about this the other day, when the alarm goes off, it basically 'jump starts' your body, so maybe in the long run it can be very detrimental to ones health. Anyone have any ideas? What you people think?
