Decided to start a diet tomoz by eating 2 piece of fruit for breakfast a day, a sandwich and some snack a jacks 4 lunch and a bowl of soup for dinner.
Need to lose weigh fast 4 my holiday next year and a wedding im going to next year
So what do you think of my personal diet idea. Comments appreciated

Hi, I just rescently started using Cell-Tech Harcore and Nitro-Tech Hardcore. My concern is that Cell-Tech Hardcore has creatine in it and I have heard that if I stop using Cell Tech (which I plan on doing after maybe two months of it) then my myscles are going to shrink. Is this true? and if they do scrink how much do they shrink like wil they gp back to before or is it only a small reduction of muscle? pleaze help!!

sometimes when im bored or while watching tv i'll go to the fridge and just keep eating...im not fat or anything 5"3 and 95 lbs...16 years old....but i need either healthy snack suggestions or suggestions to keep my cravings at bay....thank you ! :)

I am just about to get myself some liposuction because tho i'm not fat I have a belly that I would like gone and I can't seem to shift it. The voices in my head keep saying " no don't do it , but I so desperatley want to look better than I do [ for me, not someone else] I do a very, very active job and don't eat rubbish and I think my stuck weight could be age related . My question is regarding muscle gaining. I have been working out for the last year and a half, I have been trying numerous workout techniques and still little gain. I still have to put up with people's comments about how small I am. It is discouraging. I am currently 5 foot 10 inches and weigh about 140. I would appreciate any help.

I was just wondering if marijuana can effect you diffrently due to you eating habits.

Cause yesterday I hadn't had anything to eat, only half a bar of chocolate when I woke up,(11:30) I had nothing else to eat or drink till (12:40) then I had 2 cones.

But it wasn't a good high at all. My whole body felt weak and I thought I was going to vomit. And I could barley stop shaking.

Do you think cause my lack of healthy food in me and my bad diet habits could of done this??

PS Its never happend before, but I am usually pretty full of good food before I smoke.

I've read that if you are a guy and want to add a little bulk to your frame, wear like four or five layers of t-shirts under your regular clothes. Anyone know anyone who does this? Does it really enhance a guys physique? Seems like it would just make you look fat. Not to mention being very hot.

I am 5'3" & 195lbs. I had a baby 5 months ago. I just joined a gym. I would like to lose 60lbs by April when my Marine comes home! I want to be a whole new person when he gets home!! The fitness trainer is so booked up that I won't be able to see them for another month! Time is running out and I am willing to do ANYTHING to lose this weight! Anyone know what machines I need to do, how long on them, how many times a week? This gym has a pool and the works! All I need to do is get someone to tell me what to do to lose that much in 5 months. Also, what are good things I can eat that will help me? I am so desparate to lose this that I will do just about anything! haha.

the reason why I'm asking is because I am doing an hour of workout, fitness workout everyday now, (I AIN'T OVERWEIGHT!, I WANT TO STAY HEALTHY AND FIT!)

I want to know how many I have lost per jump/skip i complete, for instance, i was doing it now, and i completed 40 skips(my highest score sofar!:P), please help, it's a quick question and a very good, quick answer would highly be appreciated!

I have been going to the gym for the past 10 months now, i did grow after about 2-3 months.
My problem is that i haven't seen a difference for the past couple of months.
If it helps, im 23, about 150 pounds. i don't drink any of those PROTEINS and not planning to take any.
What should i do?
