the diet that a person follows ultimately determines their body composition (amount of muscle and fat) not the exercises that the partake in. the foods that you ingest provide the physical building blocks and the body only has to work with what you provide it with. you are what you eat as the foods that you ingest have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body.

Hi from Mr J. Yes if you go toldely protein diet and eating a minimum of 125gr of meat of your chooses every time you eat and with veggies that don't have starch like the potato, etc and very little crabs, if you can that a fat burner and protein shakes for energy, but don't over do it because when you start getting in to the routine you will start to get use to it and want to do more exercise and more requires more food so you will have to have will power to not eat more that when the fat burners come in handy or something that will make you feel satesfied, don't forget to take your vitamins.

It really depends on the type of exercise. Aerobic exercise like running, swimming, and biking burns a lot more calories than anaerobic exercise (such as weight lifting). You lose weight when you burn more calories than you take in. Long distance runners may go through 6000 calories a day when training for a marathon!

However, you need to really push the workouts: think two plus hours of aerobic exercise per day. At that point, workouts become a core part of your lifestyle.

Of course. Diet or exercise alone will contribute to weight loss. the two, preformed together, however, provide a better result.
