Fastest way - Surgery ;);););)
But if you mean by working out - good luck!
To get the elusive "8-pack", you have to drop down to about 5% total body fat - and work your abs like there's no tomorrow...

Well, You want to start out a little slow. What worked the best for me was lying flat on your back, lifting your legs about 50 degrees in the air [keeping them together] Hold them there for about 20-30 seconds. Let them down slowly take a ten second break. Then do it again. After that do about 40-50 Crunches [or more] you need to feel the tension in your tummy before you stop. I don't recommend buying any equipment when it's just as easy to save money and still have great lookin abs.

i have a 6 pack currently and im working on my final 2 muscles...
you can't gain an 8 pack all at once...its alot easier to just work one group of abs one week then another group the next week and repeat.
I do the upper abs which are the top two abs with just simple sit-ups and i do a final few with a heavy dumbbell on my chest.
mid-section are the hardest to work, I obtained those by doing alot of sprint running,Bicycling in the gym at a pace that gets your heart rate going quick and sustaining that pace for atleast 10 minutes, but if you can't reach 10 minutes please stop before.
Lower section i've just started working on and you can obtain those by doing *leg-lifts* bicycle kicks lying on your back. I don't know any other exercises for the lower other then thoses sorry.

First thing is cut out a lot of fat. You have to have about 10% or less in body fat to achieve an six-pack stomach (let alone an 8-Pack).
After you get your body fat count down, do crunches, leg lifts and twists (put a broom pole behind your neck with your arms hanging on it and twist back and forth at the waist).
During leg lifts, lay on your back, hold your feet together and try to spell the alphabet with your feet (keeping your legs straight). If you can do the whole alphabet w/o resting, your doing good.

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you.
Another, part is a weight maintain program. This a 1 month program that helps you keep your weight loss off. They give you the tools you need to do this. After the 1 month is over you will be able to keep the weight off all by yourself.
This company has more tools that help the member even more. If you need help just email me. fitnessfun.page.tl is the company website

First you need to start with your diet and focus on lowering your fat % - no simple carbs (white flour, etc.), eat lots of protien and fruits and vegetables, totally cut out sugar. You may want to try some type of fat burning supplement like Lean System 7 (www.isatoritech.com).
Once you are happy with your fat loss, any type of abdominal excercise will work. Check this site out for some ideas: (http://bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Abdominals).
The main thing to remember is to just stick with it - weight loss/fitness goals don't ever happen over night. With hard work and dedication you will most certainly see results and reach your goal. If anyone offers you a quick fix or magic solution it probably isn't.
Good Luck!!!!!

running is very important for getting rid of excess body fat and that is something that ab exercises can't do, those only build muscle definition. as for running faster sprint then jog sprint then jog. but make sure you do more sprinting hope this helped! (try these exercises)
