Hi, I just rescently started using Cell-Tech Harcore and Nitro-Tech Hardcore. My concern is that Cell-Tech Hardcore has creatine in it and I have heard that if I stop using Cell Tech (which I plan on doing after maybe two months of it) then my myscles are going to shrink. Is this true? and if they do scrink how much do they shrink like wil they gp back to before or is it only a small reduction of muscle? pleaze help!!

when you first supplement with creatine cellular hydration is increased during the first 7-10 days. whatever weight you gain in this time frame the same amount will be lost when you decrease creatine supplementation. any increase in muscle mass will remain after you stop supplementing with creatine.

just remember that food builds big muscles, not supplements. they are only 10% of the equation where the diet is 80% and training 10%. if you want to build muscles you have to eat regularly 5-7 times daily.

As frankie said, Creatine forces your muscles to absorb water. When you stop taking creatine, the muscles will stop storing as much water, reducing the size, but not strength of the muscles. Water does not increase the strength of the muscle, but it does hydrate the muscle allowing for faster recovery time.

Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech are products of MuscleTech, which i try to stay away from... why? the sheer price of the product... is there really anything in these products that makes them better than the others? who knows... Vitamin Shoppe has creatine monohydrate for much cheaper and does the same thing... creatine has to be cycled in and a 2 week off cycle to help prevent plateaus

Nitro Tech is pretty much just protein, and as long as you take a good dose of quality protein, it shouldnt matter if it's NitroTech, Isopure, Lean body, or whatever

creatine has been the best supplement I've used. as long as you continue to work out i doubt you will notice any difference. calisthenics are the best long term build

Crreatine forces alot of water into your muscles and your body will lose that but as long as you keep lifting you wont lose muscle.
