Yes, you are definitely overweight, but then that seems to be quite normal these days, so... (unless it's muscle weight, but I'm older and taller than you and not even I have that much muscle weight. To give you an idea, I'm 29, 5'10" and I weigh a good 30 lbs less than you)

That is considered heavy for the height and don't compare yourself to others. Be happy with your own health. Eat more veggies and fruits and less processed food and NO FAST FOOD. nothing fried. no dairy. Walk some where every day. The weight will come off. Don't think diet, think health.

For your height and weight you are considered overweight. You can talk with your healthcare provider on ways to lose weight and to exercise.

Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 32.6, placing the BMI-for-age at the 98th percentile for girls aged 13 years 9 months. This teen may be overweight and should be seen by a healthcare provider for further assessment.

What does this mean?
BMI is calculated using your child’s weight and height and is then used to find the corresponding BMI-for-age percentile for your child’s age and sex.

BMI-for-age percentile shows how your child’s weight compares to that of other children of the same age and sex. For example, a BMI-for-age percentile of 65% means that the child’s weight is greater than that of 65% of other children of the same age and sex.

Overweight children are more likely than normal weight children to become overweight or obese adults. Overweight and obese adults are at higher risk for health complications related to overweight, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

The goal for overweight children and adolescents is to reduce the rate of weight gain while allowing normal growth and development. Children and teens should NOT be placed on a weight reduction diet without the consultation of a healthcare provider.

What should you do?
Regardless of the current BMI-for-age category, help your child or teen develop healthy weight habits and keep track of BMI-for-age.

Practice healthy weight habits
Encourage children and teens to practice healthy weight habits by:

Eating healthy foods
Participating in physical activity on most (preferably all) days of the week
Limiting television viewing
For more information, see
Tips to Promote Healthy Eating and Physical Activity for Children and Teens.

Keep track of BMI-for-age
Check BMI-for-age annually, or more often if recommended by the child’s healthcare provider. Tracking growth patterns over time can help you make sure your child is achieving or maintaining a healthy weight. A single BMI-for-age calculation is not enough to evaluate long-term weight status because height and weight change with growth

Weight means bugger all as muscle weighs more than fat. You need to look at your build, your body fat etc. If you're healthy and fit then don't worry. If you're carrying a lot of fat, then I suggest exercising.

depends on if its fat or muscle. do you do alot of sport, because if you do it could be muscle weight, but if its fat thats quite big for a 13 yr old and for your height aswell.

you are fat.

Try to almost stop eating for a few weeks.
After this, only eat breakfast cereal and fruit for breakfast and dinner.
Have a beer everynight with a pork pie for your tea, this will fill you up as well as provide some protein and nutrients.

Make sure you exercise for at least 4 hours a day.

Do this. You must ACT NOW to prevent falling into morbid obesity as once this happens it can be impossible to revert.
