hi im a trained and qualifield mentor

i can help you but you will also need to help your self out

and this will be me giving you advice as a teacher and you will also need to do some things

this will always be as formal as this

ok lets start

you obviously are despirate to get this done but at the same time you know that this isnt somthing good and there are alot of consequences (such as someone else said - a scar) and it could also affect yor health

you should get a piece of paper and write down all the PROS AND CONS .. and you will have honest with your self

i know that you would excercise to get it off and you have tried to shed those pounds but it obviously hasnt worked

and i know that you would do anything and you probabily have tried all those diets

but come on... liposuction!

thats the last cause and you dont even need that

why not make a excercise time table

or change your daily routine

and im sure it 100% possible for you to get the shape that you want and i hope you do realise that what you do can affect your future

please write back just to let me know what you think and so i know how you are progressing

on a_cool@hotmail.co.uk

hope its helped

thanks
al

I wouldn't be able to go through with lipo, it's so severe and the pain can be excruciating from what I have heard. I have seen so many pictures of lipo gone wrong, maybe you should look up the good and bad results then make your mind up. I think if it is in the tummy area you might want to consider another form of surgery like a tummy tuck instead. I know this may seem like a stupid suggestion but have you tried activia yogurts? They are fab, I don't consider myself fat, I am a size 8 -10 but as I have had children I do have a bit of a ponch. Anyway I started eating these yogurts and the results are amazing, give them a try before you do anything drastic Good Luck xx

Well...having an active job may help a bit, but have you tried actually working out. Its a long process, but if you run a few miles a day (work yourself up to 2 or 3), do some pushups and a ton of crunches, as well as some pilates (buy yourself a tape). In time, you will see your stomach start to shrink a bit. The trick, though, is that you need to keep eating the way you do now, dont increase calories too much with running, the trickis to add activity and burn more calories torughout the day. hope that helps. Lastly...if you go in for lypo...its a wuick fix...which means that it could come back and fast. They also liek you to be in shape as much as possible for the best results with lypo. Do yourself a favor...save your money and try working out. in 6 months, if you have worked out and you feelthat you have lost as much weight as possible...then go in to get soem of that last little bit taken care of. Your results will truen out a lot better, and who knows...you may even uncover some hidden abs! good luck, and dont do anyhting rash...give yourself a time limit and see hwo you feel then.

I found that cycling 100 miles a week did wonders for me. Lost 2 stone in 3 months with no change of diet. Wouldn't do lipo, dodgy stuff and you can end up with funny looking results. Also if you put on fat after lipo apparently it's a lot more dangerous for your health. Surgical interventions are not the answer to all problems

Most people overestimate how much they exercise and underestimate how much they eat.

I'd take a hard look at the diet, and give some serious workouts a try before I let the guys with sharp instruments have a go.

Does your belly look disproportionately large? If so have you had children or have you done lots of sit-ups, heavy lifting or anything else that may put pressure on your tummy muscles? If so you may have divarication of your recti muscles (or diastasis) where your tummy muscles come apart and leave a bulging belly. You can have muscles stitched back together or some physiotherapy may be able to heal it.

I think you must lack confidence. None of us are perfect, especially as we start to get older. We just need to learn to love and accept ourselves. Once you start going for liposuction you are on a slippery slope. Stop now before you start on an endless battle to hold back time

good grief- I dieted and lost weight and still have that tummy. I am doing knee ups and they have helped but it takes at least 6 months.
Sit in a straight back chair. hold your hands each side of you.
Bend your legs at the knees and lift them up toward your chin. the first one you do you will think OMG I can't do these my insides will explode!
Just do one a day slowly and work up to maybe 12 each morning. preferably BEFORE you eat or late at night before you go to bed. Good luck.

ok, i'm puzzled. You ask approximately saving your self for marriage yet you clarify which you have been married for 8 months. in case you're actually not yet married, I commend your selection to attend; besides the incontrovertible fact that, in case you're married, purely what's the priority?

Can I ask a personal question...how old are you? I don't think you should have it done if you're still quite young...as in..say..under 35. But if it's the only thing that'll make you happier then do it.
