I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

ok well...if your a girl it will take longer than if your a guy. the more work you do the faster you wil get results. running burns fat faster than any oher exercise. after a run getinto a lifing regemine. that will build muscle. dont step on the scale...muscle weighs more than fat, so you may seem to gaining weight as you look skinnier. work yourelf up to running farther and farther each day. You may need to increase your intake of calories with the new workouts, but dont do that too much. Also,lots of fruits veggies and fiber, and less carbs and swets. dont cut anyhting out, and try eating a good amoun tof protien each day. good luck...if you put in the work and effort, you WILL get results, but you will have to push yourself very hard.
