sleep for at least 9 hours every night. i'm not joking. i feel sorry for you because i'm a 14 year old girl and i'm 5'6, which is average so im glad and there are quite a few guys my age at school who are your height and it just seems like i have a load of little brothers creeping into my lessons. lol.
you're 14 and a boy so you will have a growth spurt at the end of puberty. just keeping waiting and honestly it will come unless you are a dwarf or you come from a short family. but don't even worry about having a short family. my brother is WAY taller than my parents, it's how we are evolving-bigger hands, hairier, taller

I wish so.
Im am 4' 5" and way under the average hight.
The only way I can think of would be if you take steroids but its illegal without a doctors prescription. So I highly recommend you just wait until you grow you will some day.

your height is genetically predetermined. There is nothing you can do to change how tall you will be, or how fast you will arrive at your final height. Focus more on being a decent human being and less on how you will look, because you have little control over what has already been written in your genetic code.

Supplements are one of the ways you might help yourself grow, but mostly you are stuck with your height through the genes of your parents. Don't worry about it. Short guys get all the chicks if you ask me!

Nope. Make sure you get proper nutrients, but all you can do is sit back and wait. I reckon you'll have a huge growth spurt soon enough. Most guys do around 15-17.

One lady told me to take long naps on warm days and to stretch a lot.
Stretchong, it just kind of stretches you.
I am not sure that warm days matters, but I think it has to do with you growing more in REM sleep or something like deep, dreaming sleep.

eat healthy food for growth like lots of proteins found in meat. Do your exercises regularly. And probably it is your genes and we cannot do anything about it.

You will grow as tall as you are supposed to grow, and there is nothing you can do to make it any different.
