I have been running and I haven’t been drinking any water but I am not dehydrated at all, or at least I don’t feel that way. I drink mostly diet pop but only 5 cans a day and then maybe one glass of water. I have been sweating but just to the point of my hair being soaked in sweat and maybe my shirt a little. When I was running in the summer and drinking more water I was sweating more. I also remember last winter when I ran I sweated a whole bunch. I have been running the same distance and speed so I should be sweating the same amount. I am sad that I am not sweating, I don’t feel like I get a goon enough workout when I don’t sweat allot.

I do an hour of cardio daily for one hour. afterwards, I am always hungry, I go to college, so it isn't unusual to find pineapple cups-real pineapple with no sugar added prepackaged, at the deli by the university gym. i find myself always eating them after a workout. my dad, who had lost a lot of weight in his twenties told me that it is very bad to eat such sugary foods after exercising. is this true? or does the fact that pineapple is a fruit, and happens to speed up your metabolism cancel-out the fact that it is so sugary?

I recently made an effort to ensure that I drank 8 glasses of water a day and was shocked at how short I fell.

Can eight glasses per day promote weight loss? Could it be a factor in whether or not one loses weight, when coupled with diet and exercise?

This may be silly, but does coffee count was glasses of water? Coffee is only water with some caffiene soaked in.

Thanks!

I was just considering taking it to start loosing weight but I have alot to loose.........I need to loose alot more than 2 pounds a month or something.....and that would be terribly expensive in the long run, much more than I could afford...so, how much did/do you have to loose, what are you eating each day, and how much are you loosing with this product....

thanks a bunch for your answers
