My main concern with cup of noodles as a staple food is the high content of MSG or similar flavor enhancers they contain. Contrary to what many people think, it's not the sodium that is the biggest concern, but the effects of MSG and other similar flavorings containing "free glutamates" on the nervous system. While adding no nutritional value, these additives improve flavor and even have an addictive quality by stimulating nerve cells in the brain until they die! This is why they are also known as "excitotoxins."
In addition to this, a secondary objection would be that rather than starting your day with a refined flour product (simple carbs) you would get a better start with something made from whole grains and a little protein to go with it (yogurt is a good choice), and some fruit like a cut up apple. This will give you better energy and nutrition and improve your body's function for the day.

Well it's never a good idea to eat a lot of the same things, especially things like noodles that don't have much nutritional value. It's hard to get all the daily essential vitamins and minerals your body needs when you eat the same things every single day...even the same healthy foods. But what you're doing isn't...horrible, because you're eating them in the morning, so you're burning off the fat the noodles might have. I also read in a recent article that eating similar foods every day can prevent overeating, so at least you won't stuff yourself with noodles since you won't have this crazy craving for it. Try taking a multivitamin in the morning just to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. If you like the taste, enjoy it, but maybe more in moderation. We all have favorite foods we can't get enough of. :)

Though it's certainly better than eating nothing, noodles aren't going to provide much nutrition and are a highly processed high GI carb. Plus, I don't see any protein, fiber or good fats.
You'd be much better off having a bowl of whole grain oats, two or three egg whites cooked in olive oil and a piece of fruit. We should all make time for good health.

Yes, it is BAD. There is far too much salt in one cup of noodles, and more salt in tha tapatio sauce ... there is also a great deal of fat in them ... you should boil your own noodles and use much less sauce on them, both the 'bottled flavors' and the tapatio sauce.

Well, it depends, if your burning more calories a day then you eat and staying healthy, then your fine. But, if your trying to maintain a healthy weight or lose any, I'd swich to something else, like fruit, or you can try the special k eggo waffle.

Yes. You can't eat too much of those things. They contain A LOT of sodium, more than the daily need.

Unless you have great metabolism, noodles are high in carbohydrates and instantly turn into blood sugar, which then turn to fat.
NOT the healthiest diet........
