I was just considering taking it to start loosing weight but I have alot to loose.........I need to loose alot more than 2 pounds a month or something.....and that would be terribly expensive in the long run, much more than I could afford...so, how much did/do you have to loose, what are you eating each day, and how much are you loosing with this product....

My brother took it and it did not work at all for him. He like you, needed to lose quite a bit of weight. It really is a waste of money, really expensive in the long run.

The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and watch your portions and exercise.
