is there any good excerises to burn the fat in your thighs?

hey i'm gonna wax in today and i'm not really scared but does it hurt?
i heard that if you put ice before your gonna pull the strips out
it hurts less coz your skin goes all numb so you cant feal a thing.
so does it hurt? rate out of 10

junk food is generally prohibited to eat.But what if its made healthy with the original junk taste? The question is HOW can it be done. Some examples of foodstuffs could exlain it better.

I am a 14 year old boy, about 5 foot 10, about 142 pounds. I run in place for about 15-20 min every night or jog outside if i can, with my Ipod on to get me pumped up. I walk around my neighberhood for about an hour to and hour and 45 min about 4 times a week. So just by what i have said do you think i am healthy? A Good weight for my height or whatever?

is 11 years old and he weighs about 240 pounds. He knows he is fat, he just doesn't think of it as a serious problem. He has always had a weight problem, so has almost everyone on my mother's side of the family.
He eats probably about 3000 calories or more during the day, mostly from PB&J sandwichs. He is constantly gaining weight and I am terrified. For years I have tried to make it clear to him and my parents that he needs to get help before he eats himself to death, but they just don't seem to care.
He says he doesn't want to lose weight and is constantly eating junk food. I'm afraid he won't live to see his 13th birthday and I don't want to see my younger brother have to suffer through this slow, painful death.
Can you please help me, and tell me how I can convince him that he needs to lose weight, and help him do it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

i know salty foods cause it but what salty foods and how much? how long after u eat it will u notice the weight gain? should u drink water with it to retain more water? i need to be temporrily heavy tomarrow... what should i eat to be a few pounds heavier and how long before i leave should i eat it???

I left a can of tuna out at my work wendsday its sealed up and in a bag :( i wont be going into work till friday iam very scared it iwill smell and i will get in trouble how many days does it take for tuna to go bad

Hey there. I would like to know, what supplement can I take to make me not hungry. My goal is to lose about 30lbs from my 217lbs 6 foot build. I am 24. I plan to run about every night or at least 4 nights a week if weather allows me to.

I used to have a really high metabolism in highschool were I ate nothing but junk food, and did not gain weight I was 150lbs. and then a year out I was 165lbs. I think I look good enough around 185lbs.

i have no self control. i'll get a brownie, and sit down or somehting. then when i'm done with it i go get another one. and it's not like i'm hungry, i just always feel like eating junk food.
i don't watch a lot of tv though, but i am on the computer a lot.
i tried chewing gum instead, but then i just run out of gum. i tried drinking a lot of water so i'd be full and not have an appitite, that doesn't work because i always have to pee. i tried brushing my teeth whenever i had a craving but it just doesn't stick. i even told my mom to stop buying junk food, but she does anyway for other people in the family. and i and not athletic AT ALL, and my lungs are horrible so i can't run. even in gym class.
i'm not fat, i'm 15 years old and 112 pounds at 5'5".
but i can see my thighs and butt getting bigger (at least it seems like that) and i hate my chubby cheeks. but they're only chubby when i smile.
but see i'm not FAT.

I'm 13.
I'm about 5'3"
Weight in 120s.

But I'm not huge?
My thighs are big,
I have a big butt and flabby arms.
I have love handles.
But I don't have a fat stomach when I stand.
But with I sit its really noticeable

Help me!

We put a 25lb turkey ( stuffed) in the oven at 2:00pm and at 4:15, realized that the oven had been turned off, the temp had dropped to 110 degrees, we turned it back on right away and will continue cooking. Is this safe to eat or will the bacteria be a problem, help!!!!! Thanks so much!

Ok, I've been on a balanced diet for 2 months now. I lift every other day ( light weights more reps) with pushups. Plus i run a mile everyday, and on my non- workout days i do ab workouts. I've seen some results but not much. I know 2 months isn't very long but i was wondering what i could take to gain lean muscle with that non body builder look. Again I dont want bulk just think lean muscle. Any suggestions on how to speed up the process? Is glutamine a good suggestion? I dont want to get fat or "bulky" from taking a supplement. please help. Thank you.

Today I had a breakfast of cereal and fruit, then I did a run...and then I had thanksgiving dinner (the usual..a little turkey, mashed, lots of veggies,little stuffing, sweet potatoes, and one piece of pumpkin pie) I didnt have anything else or snack or anything...I did get to exercise today though. Im 15 and Im very active and starting track soon, so Im kinda worried if I will gain weight from this?

ok this girl i know she's white with dirty blonde hair and she has the biggest butt. she looks way over developed and tall and she eats way to much! it's like she is fat in her legs and her butt but no where else! her back is curved so it makes her butt look even better!!!

another girl i know she eats WAY more then the other girl above and all her fat goes to her stomach and back. she;s skinny everywhere else!

and when i over eat it goes everywhere, my legs,butt,face,stomach, back, everywhere. it's very annoying. i can burn it off like in a day though

why when i eat the fat goes everywhere like in equal portions but when other people eat the fat goes to one spot only?
why is that?
