Hey there. I would like to know, what supplement can I take to make me not hungry. My goal is to lose about 30lbs from my 217lbs 6 foot build. I am 24. I plan to run about every night or at least 4 nights a week if weather allows me to.

I used to have a really high metabolism in highschool were I ate nothing but junk food, and did not gain weight I was 150lbs. and then a year out I was 165lbs. I think I look good enough around 185lbs.

workout, exercise and drink plenty of water. if you need water or are dehydrated then your body will act like its hungry so drink a 8oz or larger glass of water and wait 15 minutes to see if that stops you being hungry also I agree with the other person lots of fruits, veggies, etc and cut out the junk foods, and you cant just run you need to do other exercises running is good for cardio but you might want to try toning exercises cutting out fats, sodas, sugars, junk foods, fried foods, fast foods, dressings such as mayonnaise, miracle whip etc also helps eat these foods in moderation also if you drik alcohol cut way back on that too that will add weight to you. you can watch your portion sizes or count your calories.also the more your exercise and work out the more food your body will need so 5 small meals a day can help with that. and like Ive told others, eating breakfast will help boost your metabolism. you dont want any supplements because they can be dangerous to your body and cause more harm than good

Eat right and you won't need to take supplements. Eat plenty of Fresh Fruits and Veggies. Baked not Fried Food, Drink plenty of Water, and by all means Exercise. At least 30 to 40 minutes every other day.

Wow you're story is a lot like mine. I'm 20, I weigh 198lbs. I was 165 in high school. I started gaining weight in the last year even though I eat healthier now. It sucks. Honestly I've heard a lot about hoodia. But you should not stop eating. You should eat things like whole foods (uncooked, in their simplest state), because it takes your body more energy to break them down and digest them than processed foods.

Do NOT starve yourself, just lighten up on the food you eat and get plenty of exercise.

If you starve yourself, the body will store everything it can, putting your body in starvation mode... Then once your diet is over, even eating lightly will put on more weight than it would if the average person ate that food.
