First of all, you need to learn the difference between where and wear.
Why are you with this woman? Seriously, clearly you're not attracted to her since this is the third question about her.
If you're genuinely concerned, just tell her. Or buy her some new clothes.

At 11 1/2 stone your girlfriend is thin, slim, and beautiful. So I would not say she isn't small.

Get her a full-length, three-panel mirror -- if she can see what she looks like from all angles at once, then she might realize how ridiculous those clothes look on her.
If she still sees nothing wrong, then get her some eyeglasses.

Don't tell her - it's hurtful, and mean.
Simply narrow the door to the kitchen to what you consider an acceaptable width; if she strays beyond this, she doesn't get in, and thus cannot eat, and so will ultimately return to a reasonable girth.

get her a pre-christmas gift. i bought my wife this recording that was recommended by her doctor last year. it melted the fat off her, and she's kept it off. i ordered it online from a company called independent achievement productions and it really worked to curb her appetite by changing her mind. she only listened to it 15 minutes a day...worth it chap!
