No, no, no, no. Salty foods make you retain a little water and increase your blood pressure BIG time. That's not weight gain. Or even appearing heavier. You are NOT going to be able to gain weight for tomorrow. No way. Not possible.
1 pound of weight gain=3,200 calories. And that means 3,200 calories that don't get burned at all in a day. You burn a lot of calories in a day, so you would have to eat about 4,000 to gain 1 pound. See what I'm getting at? It takes a LONG time to gain weight. That's why it takes so long to lose weight---it doesn't appear immediately and it doesn't come off immediately.

There is nothing that you need to do that is so important that you have to gain weight (mistreating your body badly).

So, give it up and try to be a real person. Not someone else's idea of what you should look like on any given day.

Yes water does make you temporally gain weight, water is heavy (believe it or not) and since you are drinking os much it is storing it in your body. But don't worry water is good for you it just means you will have to pee more often lol. Also I 'm not sure if you do already but you should weigh yourself first thing in the morning don't weight yourself after you eat or at night because the result wont be accurate. But keep up with the healthy diet it will be great : ) also since you drink a lo of coke I just thought I would warn you that if you stop drinking coke right now that you may get bad headaches and start feeling sick because my friend did this she drinks sooo much coke and decided to stop and she got sick (mainly sick in her stomach) i'm not sure if this happens to everyone but I thought I would warn you if it does, it is like a withdrawal symptom. Well I hope this helps and good luck!

Over eat, that will certainly do it. Eat all the wrong things, instead of the right thing. I can't believe, I am actually telling someone to do something like this. I personally believe, in eating healthy and Exercising.
