everybody has a 6-pack. obtaining one is all about having low enough body fat so that the entire abdominal wall is visible with out flexing. this is accomplished by making changes in the diet, following a low calorie diet and increasing the daily level of activity to excite the metabolic rate. the quickest but surely not the easiest way to excite the metabolism is to run sprints at 100% effort 3x a week for 10-15 minutes.

Well I play sports like basketball and run a lot. On top of that you got to do ab exercises a lot. I lay on my back and do bicycles and regular situps. Along with the captains chair. You can do a search on youtube or google and find great information and even videos on what works for some people. I also watch what I eat and drink. Eat healthy foods and don't eat out unless its the weekend, then you can treat yourself once or twice or have a few drinks if you must. I also only drink water if it's available. So far it's working for me. If you do the ab exercises, like 3 sets of 3 good exercises, then go run. Wow you know you are working your abs just by running. Run a 1/2 mile or so and just more and more every day. No pain no gain. It's such a true statement. Are you willing to go this far?

Whenever my friends or family decide to take their health seriously, i always tell them to buy a copy of one of The Abs Diet books. This book breaks down getting abs and getting in shape from A to Z. They'll explain which nutrients are important, why, and what foods to get them from. It explains why some diets work and others fail. It lists ab exercises (to hit all 6 parts of the abdomen)
The stomach is the hardest place for most guys to loose weight from. I went from a size 38 to 32 and from 185 to 155 in about 3 weeks using the methods in this book (plus i ran a lot)
But if you up your cardio and take on a more strict diet, you shouldn't have any problems getting rid of that belly fat and having some abs that really pop.
Good luck!!!

an exceptional undertaking, you'll do it in entrance of your TV: take a seat on a stool, and positioned your ft below some thing (piece of heavy furnishings, for instance). In your palms maintain just a little dumbbell. Please, make certain that it's not very heavy, begin with one kilo, for instance, or you'll harm your again and backbone! Slowly transfer the higher side of your frame again, till it is parallel with the bottom. Stop for a moment and transfer it again to the sitting role. Repeat ten occasions. Every week upload to the quantity of repetitions. You will see the outcome in per week, assured! You will see or think below the fats - in case you have any - six % and muscular tissues. Dumbbells do wonders. Much higher than those crunches - I got here as much as 3 thousands and there used to be no outcome AT ALL. With the dumbbells you'll see it in per week.

Running and cardio is the only way you can loose the fat off your stomach. Crunchs/sit ups are only going to tone the muscles. But unless you run that fat off, the muscles wont show no matter how strong they are.

The absolute best way to work the abs is to hang from the ceiling cross you're arms and do sit ups touching Ur elbows to Ur knees. Of course you have to buy the feet straps if cash flow is a problem do this. Lay flat on you're back with Ur feet in a chair, or on edge of bed. To where Ur knees bend over the crease of bed or chair cross Ur arms and touch elbows to knees. Also remember to breath correctly inhale going back exhale when coming up.

1.for the easy one you could drink lots of japaneese green tea.
2.then since abs needs to be worked daily to maintain, just about 25 crunches or till you feel the burn crunches, but daily would be best.
3.for the hard one you could do pull ups with your legs straight in 90 degree to your abdomen.

lower your overall body fat. you can't spot train your abs to make them show. that can only happen if you're lean.
you can however make them more prominent once you've lost body fat by doing crunches. the best ones are probably the bicycle kick and the Russian twist.
