We put a 25lb turkey ( stuffed) in the oven at 2:00pm and at 4:15, realized that the oven had been turned off, the temp had dropped to 110 degrees, we turned it back on right away and will continue cooking. Is this safe to eat or will the bacteria be a problem, help!!!!! Thanks so much!

as long as the center reaches close to 180 degrees any bacteria will be killed
