Today I had a breakfast of cereal and fruit, then I did a run...and then I had thanksgiving dinner (the usual..a little turkey, mashed, lots of veggies, little stuffing, sweet potatoes, and one piece of pumpkin pie) I didnt have anything else or snack or anything...I did get to exercise today though. Im 15 and Im very active and starting track soon, so Im kinda worried if I will gain weight from this?

You will be fine. You are 15 and shouldn't worry about it.

Dear mandipoo,

Don't worry. As long as you stay with healthy eating habit all the time you will not gain right away. It is holiday season and there are so many delicious foods on the table. Just enjoy the delicious foods and do the exercises as usual. Eat Healthy!! Stay away from oily foods. Then you will be fine.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

People worry too much about eating on Thanksgiving, come on, it's one day out of the year, enjoy! So what if you gained a pound, work it off tommorow.

You'll be fine. You're at an age where your metabolism is on fire, so you're burning a lot of calories just by breathing. Plus, you did well on your intake and worked out. You're all set!

No, you won't. You can splurge every once in awhile, but as long as you get back on track, you'll be fine.
