I;m 16 and i;m 5'3 and i weigh 115lbs but it's because i;m not eating right although i do have what we call "thunder thighs", if you play any sports, dancer you will get them and honestly they are pretty sweet. To be honest your not fat and don;t let anyone say that to you.... Your still young and growing you'll start to appreciate your body and as you get older in your teen years you slim down the baby fat goes away.

Twelve years old is still a long way to go, especially if you are male... growth will end at 21 but 17 on female and by then, you'll grow side ways.

But your height and body frame will tell you if you are overweight or underweight under a certain scaling method. I just don't know where I could lead you into it in the web. But locate it yourself as I don't know where in the web... but I have a copy for myself as my guide to my health.

You can take a BMI test at school (if they have the machine) or at your doctor. Look up online what a healthy body fat % is for your sex and age.
