toning is nothing more than decreasing the body fat percentage. it typically takes most 3-4 weeks on a new balanced diet and exercise program before there is measurable fat loss through body fat analysis. that being the case it would take the minimum of several months before there would be enough of a decrease in body fat before there was a noticeable increase in definition

Yes it is very possible to trim fat in many body places with very little effort. It is called starvation. Don't put into the body what you can't "push" out at the other end. It is all about calories put into the body. To make the body take those stored calories from those fatty tissues you must either exercise those places or starve your body from the daily calorie needs. It's that simple: the starvation diet! And that is the most risky thing you can do with your body and your health. It is a trade off of health for slimness. You can do it either slowly over years or extremely in months; depending or what health sacrifices you are willing to impact to that body.
The first and best step to dieting to trim fat is to drink only water and nothing else with it. Dedicate yourself to water only for a month or two and see the results. Because you must find out if it is drinking or eating alone that is keeping you too heavy. Some people it is both eating foods and drinking liquid calories. Go slow is my best advice: no two bodies are the same as far as consumption goes. Find your weakness in liquids or foods or both. You can start by fasting for one day. Then two days ~ of either woods or liqiuds or both. You can experiment by trying this method on your fat pet dog or cat if you have one. But remember that body is not your body. Some bodies turn everything into stored fat. The important thing is to discover what your body does with what you give it.

If you have the energie, here is what you do - work out every morning before eating and work vigoulsy for 11/2 hours. Hard, sweating hard.
Then have a bowl of cereal, don't forget ot drink water, nothing else.
Keep the rest of the day your food intake under cotnrol and you will be toned and loose weight.

It would be rather hard if you don't have much "extra" time to work out which i always find happening to me so if i were you i would not try to set a large goal for one month but just do the best you can everyday. As for if it is possible to see results in one month i don't know it really depends on you.

Not much chance of that happening unless you resort to liposcution or wear a corset 24/7.

Why not be happy with what you've got, after all you have a great sounding figure already : )

no, you will not get noticeable results in a month. 2 months is the very minimum you'll start to see results, but you'll have to work hard to get toned that fast, and keep working out to keep your muscle.
