I have been running and I haven’t been drinking any water but I am not dehydrated at all, or at least I don’t feel that way. I drink mostly diet pop but only 5 cans a day and then maybe one glass of water. I have been sweating but just to the point of my hair being soaked in sweat and maybe my shirt a little. When I was running in the summer and drinking more water I was sweating more. I also remember last winter when I ran I sweated a whole bunch. I have been running the same distance and speed so I should be sweating the same amount. I am sad that I am not sweating, I don’t feel like I get a goon enough workout when I don’t sweat allot.

with all that diet pop, you are very likely dehydrated. You are supposed to sweat with exertion, it is a natural cooling method of the body, if you aren't sweating as much, it is because you do not drink enough water. For basic efficient function, the body requires 2 liters a day, for effort, like running you need 3 to 4 liters a day. Get rid of the diet pop, it is bad for you and is a diuretic drink robbing you even more of the water your body needs. Drink a great deal more water.
