No clear answer can be given.

On 200 calories a day, she would likely need medical treatment beofre the 28 days were over due to extreme exhaustion and lack of proper nutrients. 200 calories a day is not enough energy to dance for 90 minutes daily.

Also, the amount of weight lost would depend on many factors, such as her metabolism (which sounds low), how vigorous the dancing was (fast dancing with a lot of movement would burn more caloires tahn slow, graceful movements), what type of food (the body will process 200 calories of pure protien at a differnet rate than 200 calories of pure fat).

There are too many variables. Provided that your subject actually survived your highly unethical experiment (which no legitimate academic institution or research lab would support for ethical reasons), you have left to many variables to give an accurate answer.

umm... 200 calories is crazy, the minimum the body needs is around a 1000, (depending on weight gender and activity) to maintain proper bodily function....1000 cal a day is labeled a starvation diet. Your metabolism would slow massively too...plus 90 minutes of dance, if this girl is sedentary she'd probably have trouble getting through that, she'd have to work up to doing an effective routine... The long and short of it is you need to burn 3500 calories more than you ingest to lose a pound. so you'd have to know how much this girl was burning in daily life, and this dance class to figure it out....

There are too many variable to make that an accurate number... such as the state of her health and the rate of her metabolism. Heart failure would probably keep her from seeing Day # 20. Like all muscles, the heart too needs potassium to make it work properly. She couldn't possibly get enough potassium on 200 calories a day.

you would die. but if you didn't. (sorry about all the conversions but I'm aussy so we use different units)

234 pounds = 106.140615 kilograms
1g=9Cal RDI=1800
so you would only eat 200cal so you would be 1600cal down each day (not counting exercising) which is about 177g (
1 600 / 9 = 177.777778). over 28 days that's 49KG
(4 977.77778) or about 108.026508 lb.

so her final weight would be about 126lb. starvation mode doesn't stop you from loosing much weight you still need energy to breath and your body has evolved to hang on to every calorie it can all the time it just means that you burn more mussel. that's all not counting the exercise and it will probably be alittle different because you burn mussel as well as fat.. on 200cal you would be lacking in alot of vitimins and shugers.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

If you're starting at 234, the outcome isn't as good as if you're starting at 125. Even if you're starting from 165, it isn't as good as at 125. Coz she will get sick. Often. And stop doing the routine. I made it on a can of pop and 10 Combos a day at one time in my life, so I would know. Of course now that I have stopped those bad things I used to do, and let myself get big (160s), I still have troubles related to habits from over seven years ago! Potassium keeps being unbalanced, GERD, all that. So I'd advise whoever is seeking to have control over her life that way find another way!!!!

I'm not sure that she would lose anything because I doubt she would make it through 90 minutes of dancing without passing out from lack of nutrition/sugar

i cant do the math for the question, but shes doing a perfect amount of carbs to get her stomach digesting, yet it will eat up the carbs and move onto extra body fat instantly. the cardio would amplify that quite a bit more. that explain why it would happen, but the actual # i would not know

there's no way she could lose weight, her body will store every calorie she consumed because she would definitely go into starvation mode
her body will start to disolve the muscle tissue for energy,
she'd have to go several weeks before her body started to decompose
