eating too much is better. not eating at all will definetly lead to many nutrient deficiencies which can ultimately cause pre-mature death.

Eating too muhc could cause alot of problems and cause you to die, but then eating nothing at all would make you anorexic, also cause you alot of problems, so I'd say neither, but if I'd have to pick I'd choose eating too much.

Neither is better - either one will kill you...but I suppose if you have to look at it in the regard of who would live longer...the person that eats too much would
