My dad's 1.71 metre tall ;
My mom's 1.64 metre tall.

If you guys happen to come along (again), please tell me too, is it possible that i will reach 168-170 cm tall?

p/s to *Treacle*- thank you so much for the website, but i'm already taller than the value it came out. :)

Sweetie there's nothing you can do to make yourself taller. You genetically encoded from birth to grow to a certain height and, if you want to know what that will be, you should try using this calculator.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played Women's basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

You still have another 7-10 years to grow, just give it time.
There is no magic food or exercise you can do to get taller.

If you have already had your period you are at the end of your growth. This is determined by your nutrition growing up as well as heridity.

Nothing you do will make you really grow taller, it's all about genetics.
