I've read that if you are a guy and want to add a little bulk to your frame, wear like four or five layers of t-shirts under your regular clothes. Anyone know anyone who does this? Does it really enhance a guys physique? Seems like it would just make you look fat. Not to mention being very hot.

not if you want to be taken seriously. I had a buddy that used to wear 4 pairs of pants because he legs were so skinny. he was about 145 lbs and 6'2. the ladies did not think it was a very good idea either.

Look dude, but no affiance to anyone. Wearing to many
t-shirts is weird in a way and the heat is unbearable in the summer. But if your talking about like every day, all year (summer, fall, winter, spring) your crazy man. Just be confident some girls love watching the guys abs it makes them feel protected that when their with you or some other guy ok. Peace.

You could do it if you think you look too thin. I wear t-shirts under my regular clothes in winter, but for warmth, and anyway I'm female.

I don't think that would feel good when someone touches you. What if she is trying to get your clothes off and you have layers and layers she might freak out.

I would think it would make you look puffy, not bigger muscle-wise.
