They're two completely different things.

Creatine = puts water in your muscles for a fuller, bigger look. Helps you get a little bit stronger. Usually taken during or after a workout and mornings on off days.

Nos-(Nitric Oxide) - Delivers pumps(blood flow), creates harder muscles DURING workout, helps create focus, energy and concentration.

Creatine = Bigger overall look
Nos= You arent pumped all day
