I have been going to the gym for the past 10 months now, i did grow after about 2-3 months.
My problem is that i haven't seen a difference for the past couple of months.
If it helps, im 23, about 150 pounds. i don't drink any of those PROTEINS and not planning to take any.
What should i do?

I go to the gym about 4 times a week(Biceps/Triceps/Chest/Shoulders). I have been 150 lb for some time now, so I'm not gaining any weight.

if you are seeing no growth on some body parts and not others then the problem lies in your training and/or recovery of those lagging body parts. if you are using progressive resistance and not seeing growth anywhere in the body then the problem lies in your diet. with the right diet a healthy male new to resistance training can easily gain 40 lbs of muscle the first 2 years of training as the body is in it's highest untrained state.

powdered protein supplements are derived from milk. basically all of the sugars and fats are removed making for the lowest calorie supplement possible. bodybuilders have been using powdered protein supplements for over 50 years now.

the best exercises to stimulate the biceps are when performing heavy back training. like chins/pull ups, rows, etc. not from doing curls. a properly developed arm is 2/3 triceps so the triceps are more important than the biceps when the goal is getting big guns. big triceps come from performing heavy pressing exercises. in terms of stimulating muscle growth heavy compound exercises are always optimum over isolation exercises. compound exercises utilze two joints, isolation exercises only one.

It depends on what kind of exercises you are doing...How many days you are spending on your biceps....and How much weight you are increasing weekly....any interesting fact is that most of that muscle taht you think is your bicep is actually your tricep....you should work both your bicep and your tricep...eat right...salad, grilled chicken, fruit...which will also help you...you might want to look into a protein drink (IsoPure is a real good one) because this will allow you to lift more in turn increasing your muscle size

What's wrong with drinking proteins? They are there just to help along with your diet. Several problems could be that you've hit a plateau. Meaning that your body has become accustomed to the stresses place upon it. Have you consistently mixed up your routine? Also another problem is your diet are you sure your getting the necessary amount of calories for noticeable mass gain? I'm meaning at least 2500-3000 calories per day even on off days.

It's a good idea to do about 3 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise.
This can really help and you will start to see results quickly.

It's also important to work to about 70% of your maximum for each exercise.

Make sure you also take a break of about 2-3 mins between sets. Also rest the muscles you use for 48 hours between sessions.

I agree...depends on what exercises you are doing and how frequently you are doing them...you don't want to overtrain your muscles either...if you have a good variety of food in your diet you probably don't need protein supplements.
