Im 13 and a male... i really want to build muscle that is sexy and visible. My doctor said it is O.K to lift because i took a 6 week strenuous course on lifting.. It ended up being useless because i don't work out, and i just can't find the time... because my parents work late... Do you know any chemicals found in foods or easy availible ones at the grocery store to produce muscle and loose weight!!???

im not anerexic or a muscle freak. I just want to loose like 10 pounds of fat and have visible muscle..

Overcap:i need workouts that are easy at home to do.(i have dumbbells) and any chemcials found in food that produce muscle and lose weight

It is doubtful that a 10 pound weight loss would be very noticeable and improve your muscle definition. The only way to do this is to weight train, but you just stated you don't want to work out. There are not magic pills. You are probably not emotionally ready to sustain a consistent weight training program. At your age having a sexy body should not be your primary concern. When you are a little older, you may be more wiling to devote the necessary time to training. Check a fitness magazine or the Internet for weight training videos when you are ready to commit.

No food builds muscle and looses weight, even if you eat right and lift weights you can't do that. If you want to look good, eat a healthy balance of protein and carbs, not to many carbs though, and lift weights and eat a little less, only go about 20 calories a day less, and slowly move the bar down. When your body fat percent get low, your muscles will show, but you will be puny. I did the same thing, and now i'm trying to gain
