I was going to pick up McDonalds on the way home but I picked up raspberries and a "fruit Salad" and I plan to eat most of it for dinner.

Is it fattening to eat to much fruit?

No, fruit has low caloric density.
Means that for the volume in general you get relatively few cal
ories.
Why buy fruit at McDonalds ?
You could have bought a lot more at the grocery store and prepare your own fruit salad.

when consumed in moderation all natural foods are always good for the health. however eating fruit for a meal is not really a good idea as it's basically all sugar. each meal should have a portion of protein in it.
