if i pinch my belly i have fat but i weigh 108 and im 15. i have been reading and there are people shorter than me that weigh more and now i am worried that i could be underweight but i can see fat i can pull 1 in of fat what should i do? i dont want to be aneroxic but i want to be toned like other people in my grade with muscles and abs? someone help me get out of this i need to know what to do and if i am fat or if i am growing or idk help plz??!?!?!!!

so how should i add on to my weight? what should i do eat alot and do the in tence work out? im srry i ask alot of questions but i always said "i would never be extremly skinny and now i am skinny" help me plz??!??!

you're actually pretty light for your height. I would think 135-160 would be a good weight range. if you eat a lot of protein and healthy foods you can put on some of the weight but make sure you get exercise too, running will get rid of that little bit of fat. i'm kind of lightweight too but i have some fat on my belly, but i've been running and walking lately and its been going away.

Eat some fast food...

You're a little shorter than me, but I weigh a lot more. I'd say I'm pretty normal, and I am 5" 7' 1/2 and I weigh about 145 lbs. You probably ought to weigh about 125-130 lbs.

It is normal to have some subcutaneous fat and some people deposit larger amounts in certain areas. For example, some girls may have larger thighs even when they are thin. At your height you should probably weigh about 115 or more. Toned muscles come from exercise.

definately not! tall people just weigh more. im not fat and im 12 and 108 pounds, 5'3

wow, you are actually really skinny...i'm 5'5, a girl, and i weigh 125 and people consider me to be skinny...eat healthy and more and work out...do some crunches, sit ups, and try yoga...that works for toning as well as stretching...

You are underweight. Please talk to a counselor or school psychiatrist so that your concerns do not escalate into an eating disorder/body image issue.
