my stomache is HUGE right now...i mean just a little while ago i was soooooo skinny and i asmit i started to eat a little more but it's sad that in 1 1/2 weeks i went up 2 pant sizes! and 1 shirt size! all my clothes r tight! is it healthy to be at a 29.98% body fat! i thought it was cuz my friend is 15.23% body fat? HELP

Eat a normal healthy diet. Eliminate or cut way down on sweets and between meal treats. Avoid fast foods and snack foods. And get some regular exercise every day - walking, bike riding, swimming.

even when you're pregnant you don't gain that much. maybe you should go back to how you were eating before if it bothers you. unless you were eating unhealthy before
