i go to a high school that is fiiiillllled with junk food
honestly, theres vending machines everywhere and even at the counter they sell the nastiest stuff
my friends all eat pretty badly too but they dont ever get fat :(
i'm not fat at all, but i always get tempted to eat crappy stuff at school
i lose most of my weight on weekends or breaks, or days i am at home because i dont eat more than like 1000 - 1200 cals
on school days i eat around 1700 - 2000 cals and that isn't normal for my body type
i'm 15, 5'2 and 116 lbs and i'm afraid if i keep eating the crap from school that i will gain MORE weight.. last year i was 5'1 and 123 lbs and i lost all that weight during the summer because i ate right
HOW do i not get tempted and eat right at school without wanting to eat all the junk?
i'm sorry this is so long, i just wanted to give all the info i could haha
